Is there a milder type of eczema?

My sister’s always been the itchy kind of person, but she usually has these dry areas on her joints (like the bending part of her elbows or knees). I’ve seen pictures of eczema, and her arms and legs don’t look as bad as they did. The places on her arms aren’t really that red unless she scratches it a lot and it starts bleeding a little. And it’s only in a small area of her arm or leg, not everywhere.
I’m not sure what it is. I kinda thought it might be a mild type of eczema?

Please Help!!! I have really bad eczema and it won’t go away! I’ve had it all my life. My skin stopped being so itchy for about a year but then it came back. It’s been going on for about 3 months now and I don’t know what to do anymore. I’ve tried practically everything for my skin but not much seems to work. I get hives and bumps all over my arms and legs. My skin gets scarred and dry. I’m scratching my self to death in my sleep and every day!! please give me some advice!

How to treat ECZEMA in babies? what causes them?

my almost 6 month old baby has eczema on her ear, face, arms and legs. Sometimes it doesn’t show but most of the time it does. She has very dry and sensitive skin. What’s the best treatment that’s safe for babies’ delicate skin? What causes eczema?
